I remember a while back trying to figure out what this was about but never understood it. What have you made of this triangle?

If ever we need to defeat a horde of robots, we'll just show them this.
Congrats WScottsdale, you just saved the Earth from the slavery of our cruel robot overlords.

Wow, you guys really don't know the solution to this?
The slope varies on both.
Go into photoshop/mspaint and do an overlay.

Neither of them are actually triangles, they are quadrilaterals. The slope of the green triangle and red triangle are different therefore making the "hypotenuse" of the larger "triangle" not a straight line.

Yeah print it out and sight down the hypotenuses. It's two different line segments.

add 1 to the equation after you take the derivative from the final soullution. once you have the degreed nominal source then you wiyou will then be able to find that turue answer which is: never ending.
when you take a systmatic problem such as this one it will be a forever puzzle. you will never reach a true answer which is why this puzzle is so loved. there are still people out there who still think they can solve this. ists hoax for math nerds.
