hey out there, I think I need some more help from you. this is my first grow. the strain is amazonian. they startet pinning on monday. it took 3 weeks for them to pin, probably due to too less light. the cake next to the one with the shrooms has these little white dots on it.

is this ok? and the mushrooms themselves look funny too, don' you think?

what about these black regions on the caps? has anyone ever seen something like that? the surface of the caps is smooth though. one mushroom got little white dots on the cap.
I would really appreciate any kind of help! thank you!

wtf is that black swirley deal ? looks like a cookie ! lol sorry for the lack of anything useful to impart ! im a noob too .. lol
just to throw it out there .. the uppermost pic looks like overrun mycelium which means ur temp is too high .. the swirley deal could be a mutation caused by the same thing .. pls dont take anything i say as the gospel though !

black on the cap is spores I believe.
and the cap with white "dots", is probably due to low humidity.

Yes, the black stuff looks just like spores. Was there a bigger shroom over those until you picked it?

Yes, spores can easily make there way above the mushrooms landing on the cap.

The Black "swirley" looks to be spore deposits from surrounding fruit bodies. If they are around other cakes that have mushrooms growing they will get "spored upon". The white spots does look to be contamination of sorts. I've seen it before, but I'm not sure what it's called. This thread should be posted in the contamination forum. You will probably get a more precise answer there.

The black stuff is spores that came from another mushroom. You can simply whipe them of, though that wouldn't be neseccary.
In my opinion thy look just fine!
BTW: What strain is this? Nice meaty fruits

He can still tell you to stop posting crap which that post was as:
A) the black stuff is classic spore presentation and if you had had a single spore drop you would have recognized it.
B) Overrun Mycelium? WTF is that? Do you mean overlay? That only applies to casings
C) A few degrees extra heat causes mutations? Where did you get that from.
If you don't have experience you shouldn't be giving advice, even if you say you are a n00b.
If you went to a mechanics forum and asked about a wheel that has no air, would you like a self confessed mechanics n00b to tell you about rubber warping, temperature related fractures and air composition (which would probably all be a load of rubbish) or an experienced user to tell you to check for the nail that has punctured your tyre?
If someone has a question you can't make up a load of stuff to answer them and then shield yourself behind the fact you are a nOOb. Just wait for a good answer and learn from it for next time.

Although you claimed not be taken "as the expert",(which I really appreciate) RR just tried to prevent certain threads to be loaded with falls information, someone who isn't as experienced takes for a word!
You said it yourself: You're a noob. And therefore it's pretty likely you know very much about mushrooms. Beside the fact that RR is what you call a REAL expert in these concerns, he also tries to keep the forums clean. Clean from aggressions in any way etc.
You can't expect a community you just joined to play by your rules! YOU are the one that has to accommodate! And if someone who's one of "leading chief's" of this site, tells you to be so kind and NOT to tell people information you're not sure of, then, I guess, you have to except it. You can complain about it, but not like this!

reading over what he said again it doesnt seem quite as bad as it initially did ( though shit could have been less aggressively substituted with 'stuff' for sure ) (why not a private message asking me to rescind it ? ) it wasnt advice i was giving anyway as nibin wrongfully accused me of it was a simple observation , erroneous or not , no more no less and also attatched with my saying it is only an observation by someone inexperienced .. anyone stupid enough to take such words and act upon them after saying such is more of an idiot than the observationist anyway .. and all this high chieftan hippie patriarch bullchit can fuk right off cos in this world we are all equal and i dont heed to it .. im not some little shroomer groupie that has to kiss ne 1 of these mfers azzes , i can search too , just too lazy at times ... so advise me not i dont care .. i wont be on here long enough ne way .. how someone can do so and remain unbusted for illegal activity worries me anyhow .. and yes i wonder about some of these so called chieftans with the horseshoe up their azzes in regards to the fuzz .. especially power-trippin ones
