So, I have some questions about cultivating plants whose leaves have multiple fingers. I know before when I had asked a couple people PM'd me to answer questions, and I was hoping some people might be willing to do the same
I know this is probobly not the correct forum, so if it could fit somewhere better would a mod kindly relocate?

Well everything I have found in reference to cultivation is almost exclusively about indoor growing. Given that I rent currently, that won't work (especially since the landlord likes to show up unannounced).
My parents own an old farm and I tend to go there at least once a week. Some of the fields have fallen into disuse and I was considering planting a small (maybe 9-10 plant) crop in a secluded area. However given that I live in a temperate area, I'm not sure which species I should look more into to be assured they survive the climate (indica, sativa, rudy hybrids since they're supposed to be more hearty?). I'm also trying to find out when the best planting times would be... I'm guessing march or april. The amount of information about outdoor growing is lacking, especially if you aren't planning to just plant and forget

definatly check out icmag man. They have all the info you'll need and then some. sativa does good outdoors and so does indica however you need to make sure surrounding vegetation is tall enough to allow the plants to blend in. with sativa that may become a problem as pure sativas can grow up to 6 ft or higher even. especially outdoors.

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend reading these books. forums are great for discussion, but these books are all about core facts, you'll know everything you need to know with these books.

marijuana outdoors: guerilla growing
