Cakes drying up

I currently have 25 BRF jars incubating at around 80 Degrees Fahrenheit. They are really doing good so far with some getting colonized way fast than others. My question is, some jars have little moisture and some look like they are drying up compared to others. Os there a way to rehydrate them or is it just cause its my first time that Im stressing out about this? Most show very little condensation and others without non. Let me know what I should do. Thanks

They should be fine, the condensation that you are seeing may just be metobolites that the mycelium produces (which is normal).
Its not a good idea to try and rehydrate colinisating substrate as it can introduce contaminants and you will not be able to evenly distribute the water.
If they are all doing great then your moisture content must be fine. I wouldnt worry about it.

Its too late now to add moisture. You can dunk the ones that colonize 110% Be patient. Never toss a jar until it contams, which is anything with color.
If this is your first time, then listen carefully. Be patient, research, don't be afraid to make mistakes, and don't give up till you get what you want from it.

Plus, slightly dry cakes will colonize faster than slightly wet ones. Fast colonization is key to retaining moisture for fruits.
Don't stress, chill, this should be fun. It can take months to get confidence.
Some peeps claim 6-10 failures before success.
Once you get it down, and isolate all your issues, it will all be worth it man.
