3 Week Old Rice Cakes - Still viable?
    #7831241 - 01/04/08 09:16 AM (16 years, 28 days ago)

Ever since I birthed these suckers (100% colonization + 3 days), they have done nothing but sit there. I dunked and rolled, to no avail and after leaving them in a perlite terarium for almost 2 weeks, nothing happened. So I left them where they were, still airing them out but not caring for them like I was (delicate, ya know). Anyway, it's been 3 weeks or so and I finally finished my martha closet, so is it even worth trying to fruit these babies? They still are a clean white and show no contams.

Anything I should do, like dunk again, or should I just mist and pray?

Thanks!

Cool, thanks!

I also used large grade vermiculite, and my cakes (while colonized) look very different than most peoples.

That a problem at all?

They will hold less water so make sure to keep them properly hydrated.
