when you make a liquid culture from multispore are there different mycs growing in the jar or does the dominant spore take over

From my understanding, whenever you do multispore, when the spore's individual strands of mycelium meet, they in essence, create a new strain. If all of your spores are from the same strain, which is generally the case, it isn't a huge problem, but you run the risk of having a trait that is more abundantly represented presenting itself in the final fruits.
There are some good threads on creating isolates and master slants in Advanced Mycology that are always a good read on some more complex methods.

this is not exactly bad? is it possible that it my produce mutant or other strange variations in final fruits?

That's always a possibility, but when you are dealing with hundreds of thousands of spores, it usually isn't an issue unless they come from a genetically unsound fruit.

Yes when u make an lc from multispore you will get several substrains growing in ur lc, so inoculating from that lc could still produce variations in each substrate inoculated from it.
I would imagine that you would get less varience in genetics by using very little spore solution in your LC's.
I have used an LC once and had great results from it.But that was just once.
I like LC's because of the fast colinisation. If you take it 1 step further you can grow out 1 substrain in an lc.
Look up cloning and agar.
