My cakes have been 100% colonized for about 2 days now and i checked my jars and noticed that there is water pooling up on the bottom and some spots on the sides. Is this normal?

yeah, I've seen water pool up in my jars a little bit before, but usually when I check the next day the cake has reabsorbed it. Pics would also be helpful in your case.
Also, how much water is pooling? Is it a lot?

mycelium breaths, the need o2 and release co2. Mycelium also produces heat and sweats.
The reason why your jars do not show condensation when the mycelium isnt present if because the substrate will absorb the water. Once the mycelium is in there the water is not absorbed back into the substrate as easily

i cant get a clear pic. Its not a whole lot. If you tilt the jar its enough to run to the other side. I just noticed it today. This is my first grow and wasn't sure if it this could become a problem.

if they are 100% colonized then it is okay to flip them over and let that co2 and moisture fall to the verm layer
