Not another Casing Question!

I have one crumbled fully colonized 1/2 pint brf cake, cased 50/50 Ryche Hawk style in a 10" ALUMINUM DEEP PIE TIN. TOP OUT = 9-5/8", BOTTOM = 7", DEPTH = 1 3/16".
I have it covered with tinfoil and in an incubation chamber, which stays a solid 80°F, with a steady RH level of 85%.
How long should I wait before taking the tinfoil off and moving it into my Fruiting Chamber?

You can place it in the fruiting chamber when you start to see the myc peeking up through the casing.
What I really want to know is how you got a single 1/2 pint cake to fill a pan that size???

I agree lol I broke up a pint sized and it was just right for one of those small aluminum rectangular pans. If you have it spread out to thin it might not work all that great.

I cut the mycelium up in layers and placed it in the tin.

Why oh why do people insist on casing cakes on their own instead of dunking and rolling them? You won't get better results or yields and just increase the chances of something going wrong.

You need a substrate depth substantially deeper that that to produce the kind of fruits you want. Optimally, you want four inches of sub. Next time, if you don't want to fruit cakes as is, crumble them into a new bulk substrate, then case and fruit that. I wouldn't expect much from your cake there.

I'm not trying to bring you down, but don't expect much out of that grow. This was a single cake crumbled and cased in a container half the size the one you're using:
 Pathetic little things
Like Nibin said, the results are usually the same if not better when you just fruit directly off a cake. If you want better results, go to your local pet or hydroponic store and grab a brick of coir to spawn your cakes to or use a LOT more cakes.
