Humidification

So I converted a Rubbermade portable closet into a fruiting chamber and I am still undecided in how I want to humidify the chamber. It is if I remember correctly 64in H x about 20in W x about 12in D. I was initially just going to use a large cool mist humidifier. I saw this at sporeworks the other day: https://sporeworks.com/store/product.php?productid=16262&cat=0&page=1&featured It is as far as I can tell an air pump filling up a chamber the action of which pushes the humidified air out of a hose. My question is this: I have some big ass air pumps for a hydro setup that I scrapped off of a dilapidated setup my friend had. If I rigged up something similar to what they are selling with my pump, do you think that it would provide enough gas exchange for my setup. I will be trying to grow some Pan cyans in it also so it needs a good bit. Also I wanted to put a small fan positioned midway in the chamber. I am worried about it shorting out due to the high humidity levels. Am I being paranoid? What type of fan is best for this. I see people using computer fans a good bit. Would that be ok? Thanks in advance for your time and answers.

Best bet, get an impeller driven Cool Mist to achieve 90% Rh, then use an ultrasonic to mist 3-5 times per day.
Maybe you need a pan or two of perlite as well if you want to get to 99%.
I am pretty sure 90% is good for casing bulk subs.

Its not just getting the rh up though. I'm thinking about enough fae also. As far as the fan goes for extra air circulation, what do you have to say about that? I realize that a cool mist is fairly standard for something like this, but I was wondering if the device that I described would do the trick. Its always nice to be able to just use what you have. I have two pumps that were for the hydro setup. I don't know what size tank they would be made for though it says 115v Magnadrive on it. They were pumping air through 6in long air stones. I also have a 20 gal tank air pump that I use in my aquarium setup. I was wondering if 1 wouldn't do it if a combination might.
