Dream Hypnosis

I've been using LSD, Shrooms, salvia, and even marijuana for the past year for spiritual and medititive purposes. I've felt that they've always helped me connect to my soul and to God. And for the past couple weeks I've been getting really involved with Buddhism, and along with it, I've picked up a ton of medititation music (meditainment.com or somethin).
Well, I just broke through on a completely sober level for the first time. I was laying on my bed just listening to a "song" called, 'Chill Out'. I was trying for anything special, but my mind has been swimming around constantly about my next LSD voyage: when, where, what, who, and if I'm ready enough for it. (Yeah, sounds silly to a lot of you, I know).
As I saying, the 'Chill Out' meditation song came on, and I was basically following what the Hypnotist was telling me to do. She had me picture a scenery, utilizing basically all my senses. It seemed like I fell asleep, but I still remained completely conscious of the scenery and the hypnotist. I basically could not distinguish between dream-land, and real-land -- I was completely absorbed. I won't explain the whole scene as it's not really important, but I distinctly remember walking around a pond with a river flowing through it with an old friend.
I remember trying not to drop my ipod in the water because what I was listening to was important, not for the sake of the ipod. I also remember dropping LSD and I quite literally felt extremely similar emotions and feelings while on lsd. Another cool thing, I talked to a couple and had to turn down my ipod cuz I was embarressed of them hearing my meditation music.
When I started to come back to this reality, I noticed the 'song' was just concluding its nearly 30 minute escapade. It seemed like I was coming to right as I would during an actual hypnosis session.
Has anybody else had any experience such as mine? Not being able to distinguish the dream from reality? I'm not the kinda person who BS's about this stuff--I recommend trying these meditation songs if you have ever been interested. This has made me want to get even more involved with studying Buddhism and practicing more meditation.
This was a trip indeed.

That's awesome, to say the least. Any links to the music? Were you listening to it through your ipod with headphones or had it on a stereo?

I've had similar experiences with material from Kelly Howell. One of her meditation guides (complete with binaural brain-wave entrancement) had me lost in another world.

Not really. I think they were talking about whomever I was hanging with.
