Dude, that's an awfully small syringe. ?You're going to make your risk of contamination introduction much greater by having to refill it for each jar.

If you insist on using it, be very very sterile with your methods!

It'd be best to use a glove box.

Go for it! I hope your needle is long (1.5")

If I were you, I'd stretch that spore water out a bit.

Get a glass of sterile water (shot glass is fine) and cover it with plastic wrap wiped with alcohol. Put your needle through the plastic and spray the spore water in, then suck up the diluted spore water.

Inocculate your jars with 3 points of 1 cc each.

They sould be O.K. My test jars are over 3 months old and have no signs of contams. I guess it's time to throw them out now.
