Yeah, I went today and there were so many god damn new years resolutioners. Everything was occupied with people who had no idea what they were doing.

I've been going for 3 months now. I've lost 40 lbs and my muscles are already getting toned. Stick with it, it really works! I couldn't run a mile in under 13:00. Now I'm pulling in 7:20 miles and 5-7 miles a day. That's a max of 35 miles a week!

Good man!
I go to the gym for medicinal reasons. Also having a pair of bulging pecs seems to get me the attention I desire!

I got myself a gym membership at Lifetime fitness for Christmas. I've been running outdoors for a year now. Nice to be able to run inside when there's snow on the ground.
I like running on the treadmill, light lifting, playing Bball then hit the sauana, the pool for laps, then the whirlpool.
Definitely worth every penny!

amazingly enough this doesnt seem to apply for all people, ive seen countless pay and not go - fucking rich jerks.
anyway, you dont really need additional protein powders if you get your protein from meats and or veggies/fruit.
simply have steak, tunafish, beans or lentis some oats and potatoes, bit of milk and there you go, best bb nutrition. only thing to add may be a multivit and a multi mineral.

I used to work out every other day but then stopped for multiple reasons a few months ago. I keep telling myself "start working out tomorrow!" and then tomorrow comes and I say the same thing. Getting back into a workout routine is tough.

I currently run 3 to 5 miles daily. I also lift weights in my home for 45 minutes 4 days a week, and then I do Escalating Density Training in the gym 2 days a week. I watch my diet pretty to pretty strict standards, and I have received a serious pay off for my efforts.

rly, no need for whey powders, i fell for that at first just aswell, but you can so conveniently cover up all your protein needs with your diet and given that you need to eat above maintenance anyway, thats easy.

Whey is good for when you can't plan out each meal. It is often a convenient substitute for another protein source, but it is only meant to be a supplement...not the whole program. However, it IS a great supplement.
