Tonights recipe:
4 bell peppers, sliced -1 green -1 red -1 yellow -1 orange 1 large red onion, sliced 2 small cans sliced water chestnuts 2 small cans sliced bamboo shoots 1 bag fresh bean sprouts 2 cups baby corn 2 cups sliced mushrooms 1 pound of small shrimp (91-110 count) Snow peas Carrots Celery
All done up stir-fry style in my wok with a little spicy szechuan sauce.

Oh, OK. How about I'll throw in a few pics along the way!
I also added carrots and celery on request of the wife. I ended up with so many veggies that I took everything and divided it down the middle. Half went in the fridge and the wife is gonna pick up some beef for a beef stir-fry in a couple days.
Heres the half that is going with tonights shrimp. Also, the wife wanted a spicy szechuan instead of sweet and sour so that got changed last minute. Now its time to start cooking...

OK...the full tutorial.
Step #1- Gather fresh ingredients (see list in previous post):

Step #2- Prepare ingredients:

Step #3- Heat a little olive oil in the wok then add the peppers, onions, carrots and celery:

Step #4- When the first ingredients begin to cook nicely (peppers begin to soften and onions are carmelizing nicely) add the snow peas, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots:

Step #5- Once the second ingredients get close you are almost there. Add the shrimp and the stir-fry sauce and mix together. Allow a minute for the shrimp to warm up and then add the bean sprouts and the mushrooms:

Step #6- Once the sprouts and mushrooms are done (just a few minutes) dish the stir-fry over a bed of rice...you did remember to get the rice ready, didn't you? :

Step #7- Eat and enjoy the famous "Summit Stir-Fry"!
