Syringe colonizing half of jars?

Hello there,
This is my neighbor's first grow. He used 3 syringes total on 24 PF-style jars.
One strain became contaminated in all of its jars.
One is colonizing fast in its jars (B+).
His Mazatapec is colonizing, slowly, in 3 of his jars. It doesn't appear to be doing anything at all in his other 4.
The jars have been in his incubator for 14 days.
Advice?
Thanks!

there's likely a problem in his innoc method, probably forgot to shake up the syringes
just hold on to the ones that do have growth, give the ones without a good bit more time
i've seen it takes 2-3 weeks for growth then an entire month to colonize the cake (pint)

Assuming your syringes are clean, then contamination will most likely be due to inoculation not being sterilie.
I cant stress how important it is to use a glovebox expecially for your first time, while some people can have success using open air inoculations a glovebox can make a world of difference.
Since i started using a glovebox my success rate went from 1 out of 4 jars at a time too 4 out of 4.
Reasons for slow colinisation and stalling
Substrate to wet or dry compacted susbtrate Spores didnt make it into all inoc points (syringe not shaken) Lack of gas exchange (make sure your inoc holes are open, use micropore tape to make u feel safe)
Only hve the jare colinise suggest that maybe something else has colinised some of the substrate. Just a guess but it is a possibility

sometimes slow colonization can just be, not enough innoc points or not enough spores in each site
