Chemical Engineering from Chemistry

I have one more year to go, so I figured I should start thinking about graduate schools.
I really don't feel like getting my PhD (which seems like what is needed to make any real $ in the field) nor do I feel like being a lab bitch for the rest of my life.
I was wondering how hard it would be for me to get into grad school for Chemical Engineering from a B.S. in Chemistry w/ a Math minor?
Anyone?

Hey, Ill be graduating and applying to grad school in one year as well.
About the PhD, I dont think its required to make good money only to do publishable research. Plenty of MS holders make good money (depends on your definition of good money)
It is definitely possible to get into a masters of engineering with a pure science degree. People do it all the time when the get fed up with pure science (people in my major often go to EE or aerospace engineering). They will likely make you take a few undergrad courses to get you caught up with where an engineer should be.
I think it would be easier to get into a engineering masters program than a chemistry PhD program (even with your degree in chemistry). You still need a high GPA, GRE, and letters of recommendation of course, but very doable.
So what do you want to do with chemical engineering? Work in the oil industry and make bank?

Hey thankx for the reply.
Personally, I like calculating chemical kinetics/thermodynamics (most of which most people think is mundane), so I think Chem E is more for me. Plus I like calculus and a lot of the optimization and efficiency issues are heavily entrenched in Math.
I think it's easier to go into Engineering from your major, physics, than it is anything else because physics is the O.G. in the science and engineering world.
As far as GPA, Biochem killed me with the stupid memorization, so I'm down to a 3.52 for now (from a 3.7), but this will change this upcoming semester as there isn't much to memorize.
I originally was going to go for Chem E, but I thought that Engineers had to have infallible mathematical skills. I'm pretty good at a lot of stuff just not a genius..
