Aquarium air pump for FAE

I use a Martha for my FC and my cool mist went down today. I was wondering if anyone has had any success with using an air pump from an aquarium for FAE? I have one with two outlets laying around that is good for up to a 60 gallon aquarium. I read somewhere that cubies like all the air in a FC to be displaced one to three times per hour. My Martha has a volume of roughly 20 cubic feet. Will the aquarium pump be able to displace that much air in an hour if I run it constantly?

It might help, but you should deferentially be trying to get your hands on a new cool mist.
I use a 100gph pump to power up my bubbler that gos to my 54gal FC.

i've used aquarium pumps going into air curtains on the upper and lower parts of a tub, worked fantastically, i suggest it, it's a great way to go... unless you've tried it don't knock it. JUST DONT have it running 24/7, put it on a timer, like 10 mins every hour i think is what i FINALLY got mine at w/o drying it out, and even then, it was 5 mins on, 30 mins off, 5 mins off if memory serves.

Yeah, that's the whole point behind the PMP, except there you get humidity out of the deal, too.
In fact, my entire Martha is powered by aquarium air pumps and expanded clay, in a tub full of water at the bottom.

Cool... I was running a sonic along with the cool mist so I'm not too worried about keeping the RH up. I think I am gonna toss it in the mix and see how it goes. If the RH drops too much I'll throw a bubbler in there for shits and giggles.

Cool mist humidifiers will shit the bed in a short time when piped into a FC. If you get another one, it will also fail unless you put it inside the greenhouse. I'd suggest cutting windows and slits in the sides of the greenhouse for air exchange, and let the humidifiers provide humidity. RR

I'm currently using a 60 gallon dual chamber air pump in my 106 qt TiT FC and it's running 24/7. Here is the result of my 1st ever grow:
