I am fairly experenced with mushrooms done them alot in lots of different doses. Well a few months ago me and 2 friends were at the beach we only had enophe money for 2 1/8ths but were assured they were some dank shrooms. First odd happening they tasted like dryed cranberries very strange since i was gessing they were cubes i gess they could have been different strain of cubes then i am used to or a compleatly different kind of shroom. Any way we walked on to the beach just as they kicked in it was nomal set in unconrolable lafter bright colors we soon desided to sit in the sand and watch the waves as they set in fully i took my shoes of and started to play with the sand suddenly my friends start to see stuff i dismissed this as it just being there first time. I was still not feeling to much only seeing padderns when i close my eyes. Then i have this sudden urdge to get up and walk to the sea so i do as i walk up to it i start to hear noises and feel like im floating as i get closer and closer the noise turns into a techno beat kinda. Then as i get right up to the ocean it turns up and become a full tecno weird beat music thing that was very nise to lisen to but quite overwelming and was awsome and i hate techno it sounded just like a real song. It played in my head during the entire peak of the trip and when my shoes lace wraped around the bike pettel next to the ocean when i was rideing next to it and i fell over and got scared the music turned very sinister sounding and i begane to get scared but when i got free the happy techno beat came back it was weird and has never happend to me before even in very high doses around 3 8ths only did that once but no music. Anyone else heard music before and do you guys think the mushrooms i got were cubies if they tasted like cranberries the dealer thought they were but was not shure.

um, cranberries? I doubt anyone can ID a mushroom based on a dried cranberry taste. quite an interesting trip you had there with the soundtrack and all. could you control the music? sounds like it changed when your mindset changed maybe. what about your friends, did they taste cranberries and hear techno too? music in my head for any longer than about 19 seconds would trip me out in a negative way. especially since neither of us like techno. if you know what cubensis looks like dried then you would be the best one to answer your own question. I have never heard music other than what I have chosen to play, but I believe you. stranger things have happened. what beach, what country? Not in the United States I'm guessing.

I was near seaside OR around a privet access area so it was chill my friends heard no music but had some cool visuals im gessing they were a weird strain of cubies. The music was awsome i would love to trip like that agien and my mood and happiness controled the music making it faster when i was scared and slower and happier sounding when i was happy the music lasted for about 3 hours im just weired out how such a small dose 2/3 of a 8th did that i had almost no open eye vishuals just sand swireling when i was looking closely at it.

oh man ive had that! once with a lose dose (1.7g) that hit me hard. i layed in bed and heard this techno beat and slowly got louder and more intense. it was crazy cause i knew my house was silent. kinda felt like i was composing it. it grew louder and as i closed my eyes i saw some crazy visuals that seemed like laser light shows. i was lost in it for 45 mins or so. it was crazy awsome. only happened to me once, even on shrooms from the same batch.
and mine defiantly weren't acid laced. homegrown ^_^

Ive heard things while tripping, but only in combination with sensory deprivation. It wasn't a beat as much as a weird feedback echo thing.
Perhaps it was sensory confusion, and you were interpreting the visual motion of the waves as audio.
Or maybe someone was blasting techno music on the beach. Its possible, under the influence, to interpret something external and outside of your control as something internal and meaningful and somehow jiving with something else going on.
As far as the cranberry thing goes, maybe they where flavored. I don't know, but I have "heard" that mushrooms taste incredibly nasty and anything that covers the taste is awesome.

I dont think it a outside noise no one else heard it. The waves thing kinda makes sence since it started when i was right infrount of them. I just hope it will happen agien i loved it.

Techno is basically layers of sounds organised into rhythmic patterns, and in the sound of the ocean there are many many layers of sounds, however there is much less organisation. It's possible in the altered state your mind assembled the layers of sound in the ocean into something musically meaningful even though there were no obviously timed repeating patterns.

Scariest trip I had, was laying in bed on an 1/8th of shrooms, super fast paced dubstep music was playing extremely loudly. Some of it sounded like a song, rest was chaotic beats and screams. Was a terrible tripped, next time I tripped was about 3 months after that, and it was fantastic. The day after my scary trip I talked to a friend and described the sound that was playing in my head, he put on a song, the exact same song that was playing in my head. It was unbelievable, considering I had never heard the song before.

There is no reason a cube would taste like cranberries unless there was something else on it.
That said, I once was listening to Strawberry Fields and it sounded like the music was getting really far away at times and then it would like shoot in and then stop completely and then I would just hear the vocals with no music at all. I started to get kind of freaked out, but very excited because I had never experienced this complete change in the sound of music while tripping before. Then towards the end of the song I realized the right speaker had come unplugged... hahahahahaha...
