High Humidity - Myc continues to overtake casing

Hey everyone,
First time poster, doin so for a friend an 'all
It's a 3/4" peat/verm casing layer over 2" WBS substrate with B+
Alien's incubator tek was used which worked awesome holding around 86, everything colonized quickly and well, including sunflower seeds.
It was cased and incubated for another 3 1/2 days until things were starting to just appear evenly, patched a couple of spots once.
The tray was then put into a fruiting chamber with perlite, same method that were used for cakes last time which ended up working fantastic. Humidity is at 99%, and the temp is around 68-70 (that much of a drop is ok isn't it?).
The tray was put into fruiting chamber 7 days ago and has continued to overtake the layer of peat and there are no pins. It also looks like the top layer is very moist.
The currently goal is to lower the humidity. Should more peat be added to the top? Quite a bit more has already been added, but it kept colonizing. Should scraping be attempted? I'm guessing not because it's not dry dead mycelium, but it does look like over colonized casing.
The other trays were in incubator for 2 1/2 days and were placed into fruiting 24 hrs (big) and 48 hrs (small) ago. Do you think those few spots should be patched, or leave be?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

it is fine and you dont want to drop the humidity, you want it as high as possible.
i would suggest just leaving it be with 12/12 lighting 24/48 is a little overkill

Fine eh? Good to know, there's been some concern. So far it's been 12/12 for light, just introduced the big one to the fruiting tub a day later than the other
