I can't find this important piece of information. When making a spoor syringe, how much of a spoor print and water do you combine to inoc 6 qts of WBS. How much of the mix per jar. Does the solution have to sit and rehydrate? Thanks

Depends on how dark the print is. If it's dark (and big enough) you can make 4-6 syringes from one print. Let the syringe sit over night to rehydrate, then use between 1 and 2 cc's per quart jar.
I'm assuming your using 12cc syringes right?

Theres no need to let the spores rehydrate. U can use them right away.
A decent sized print should do about 8 10-12ml syringes using about an 1/8th of the print per syringe. (the bigger and darker, the more syringes it will do, most decent prints will do 8)
Just remember dark syringes are not desired, while they may produce quick colinisation, no one has reported good flushes from dark syringes.
Too many susbtrains might result in incomatible myc that will not join into one organism which can inhibit fruiting.

Funny that you can't find this info, as it was answered twice yesterday. There is a very good search engine.
But anyhow, as Veda said, a good (not huge) print will get you 80ccs of solution, and unless the print is an old one, you can use it right away, if not, give it 24h to rehydrate.
Oh, and it's spore not spoor
