Horrible anxiety

Alright guys, I've posted here before about my issues but one issue that keeps coming back is my bizarre "anxiety attacks" whatever that means. I mean, it's not a full on attack but it's almost like the anxiety you get while tripping. Yea, it's getting to that point. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for me for when this happens. I'm actually ordering some Kratom, would that help? Also some milder herbs like Valerian might help to right? Sometimes I feel like I'm going crazy. Damn I wish I never did psychedelics sometimes! Help a brotha in need:(

Put down the pot.

I personally, would take xanax for these. My father suffers debilitating panic attacks and I can't imagine how he could get through them without xanax.
Xanax is just going to mask the problem though, you should definitely be doing some personal work in the meantime. Consider a daily meditation routine too.

How could I get some xanax? Just call up the doctor and tell him I have horrible anxiety and get a check-up? I'm not doing this just to get xanax to get fucked up I seriously sometimes feel like an external method is the only way sometimes. And howbout kratom, I'm getting some in the mail within the next couple days, does it work pretty well? And if I did end up getting xanax would I be functional like during work and whatnot? I don't want to get addicted to that shit either..I'm also getting three 24-inch cuttings of pedro, should I hold off on dosing? It'll be my first time with mesc.

if that was happening to me i personally would not use any drugs at all
ingesting psychedelic drugs recreationally is most likely not a cure for anxiety..
if you are having anxiety attacks you can usually get a small perscription if you go a emergency room for it
and if you say the right things to your personal doctor you might be able to get a perscription also
.. i will warn you.. using benzo's every day is quite habit forming, and dangerous

I had quite a big number of psychedelic experiences through which I solve many of my anxieties and it all comes down to intention I learned.

My intentions are good, also I heard mescaline is much more forgiving than say psilocybin or lsd. I'll probably trip out in nature all alone. What dose would you recommend for a first-time mesc experience? I have THREE 24-inch cuttings of pedro so I can dose really high.

bleh you dont want to become a xanax addict; as someone said earlier all it (and other benzos) does is help mask the anxiety. Once you come off it your anxiety has a good chance of coming back strong.
You need to focus on behavioral methods to deal with the anxiety when it occurs. This is different for everyone, so there is no real quick fix treatment that can be given to you... you have to work at finding what helps to calm you down when you go through these attacks.
It would be a good idea to start a journal, and every time an anxiety attack comes on, take a step back and begin writing in the journal. Write down what you feel triggered the attack, and what you are going to do behaviorally to relieve the anxiety. It is good to know that these attacks are due to chemical interactions in your brain, due to neurons that fire and then wont turn off. This is helpful knowledge because it tells you that you are not hopeless, and that theoretically the situation is in your control. Just as people who meditate or focus greatly have the ability to lower their pulse or temperature, you through guided thoughts have the ability to turn off parts of your brain that have gone out of control. This is what you need to do rather than look for outside sources (such as valerian etc...).
Know that you can take control of these thoughts when they occur. Do not be afraid to confront the thoughts and evaluate their rationale, as compared to what is truly real. Take time to work on changing yourself from the inside.

I can't tell you about the dosage since I never prepared it myself but got it as an extract from someone else. But yes, mescaline IS very dreamy and in the same time produces very loving and euphoric feelings. I don't think you can go wrong with mescaline and anyways, I don't think that there chances to make things worse with it. However, you should keep in mind that usually anxiety has it's own course so don't be too disappointed if you're still feeling it afterwards. This doesn't mean that you just have to sit back and let it have it's ways, but most of the anxiety that we feel is because we get mad at ourselves for feeling this way. So instead of giving in to those feelings, just let them happen and try to see what's causing it. We never feel bad without a reason.

yes, my viewpoint is that a person can eat every drug on the face of the earth and probably not be able to honestly redirect their anxiety issues from just reappearing again one day
for most people, it is probably too difficult to do on their own, correctly
but, andrew weil recommends people do breathing exercises.. it is natural, it exercises the natural chemicals already in your body without adding any new ones that do not really belong
or you can just start eating kratom every day and tripping on a big mescaline party, see how far all of that gets you, at the very least you will live and learn

lol'd but true. But I don't even know where to start w/ my anxiety issues; maybe it's not anxiety, maybe I'm bipoloar or in early stages schizophrenia possibly? Where shalt I start man? This is hands down the shittiest time in my life.:( BTW addiction, depression,OCD,and last but not least(actually it's rather mild) Tourretes runs in the family.

You're not bipolar nor schizophrenic, you're just going through a shitty period. I would suggest that you stop looking at this entire matter from this angle because you're only confusing yourself. There are easy and accessible things that you can do that will show huge signs of improvement in your life and in the way you feel. Start exercising, hang out in nature, get a pet, get involved in something artistic, eat healthy and drink lots of water. These things seem so small and meaningless and they make such a big difference.

well i have a few suggestions for you
for a sandwich maybe put some tomatoes and lettuce, spinach, sprouts rock, i dont like mayonaise much, maybe some mustard, pesto, berrys, cucumbers, shredded carrots, what ever you think would be good.. try to avoid white bread and get a healthier whole grain wheat or something, throw some cheese on there maybe, you can still be considered a vegetarian if you eat cheese i think, if you cut out cheese and all animal products it would make you a vegan, being a vegan is much more difficult and more dedicated.. i would recommend not using any type of milk products because it is fucking gross if you read about it, switch to soy milk if you can, soy milk takes some getting used to but once you aquire that you will never go back to normal milk because it is fucking gross.. after being a vegan you could step up into a raw diet, but raw diets do not agree with most peoples stomachs and there are not many resturants who cater to that
i would recommend everyone try a vegetarian diet at least once in their lifes
i am about ready to eat some meatloaf here, it looks fucking discusting.
but the one thing i dont think i would ever drink again is milk.
