New Grower, Check out my set up!

I have been growing these shrooms (B+) for about a month now using the PF Tek method, let them colonize for 14 days then allowed 3 extra days before pulling into the fruiting chamber. I did the dunk and roll for 18 hours and put those bad boys up in there.
Did the poor mans setup with the wet perlite and kept a good 99% rH level with a 72f temp. Today, I made a imitation martha on a smaller level with a humidifer and flouro light.
Here are some pics, let me know what you think!
(ps, after 12 Days of fruiting, nothing is happening besides what looks like cotton balls on the cakes)

12 days and nothing? What temp did you let those babies colonize? Same temp or did you incubate them at 80-85?

You should move the light out side of the fc. The humidity could short it out of worst heat up the fc to the point of thermal death for the mushys

Subtract the extra 5 days you should have waited before birthing the jars and you have 7 days, which is still normal waiting time for pinning.

I have noticed that my cakes, since being in the martha, are extremely moist and have visible droplets on them.
Is this a problem? Can it be TOO moist?

the light exposure looks pretty extreme. 15w incandescent is recomended but by the picture i have no idea what you are using. I dont know if you are supposed to set the cakes directly on the perlite either but i would agree with the time frame, the norm is what 5-9 for pinning?

The light's too bright imo and also you didn't wait long enough (extra 7 days at least after colonization) to dunk+roll so you'll see late pins, i agree with those that said to wait.

i think flourescent is recommended. 6500 k works well. someone jump in and help me out on this one. i'm still fairly new.

Not quite.
Incandescent is never recommended for mushrooms. Incandescent lamps emit a red light that is at the opposite end of the spectrum from what mycelium prefers for primordia formation. Use fluorescent, preferably 'natural daylight' tubes with a color temperature above 5,000 Kelvin. RR

I only have a 23w 1 foot flouro tube. I grow marijuana as well, so I'm extremely familiar with lights and wattages and all, and this was one of the lowest I could find.
But the moistness of the air, it's condensating on the cakes.
To me, it looks like it's drowning them, but is this really the case?

I dont think u can have to much light, the fluerescent in the right spectrum will give the best results when combined with good FAE and humidity.
I think that there may be too much coming from your humidifier, while u cant have too much humidity, if you saturate the air (100%) then any more moisture will not be suspended in the air and will land on surfaces. I dont think its good to have moisture developing on the cakes.
You may need to put your humidifier on a timer and play with how long and how often it goes on, get it so your getting lower humidity and adjust the timings up until you get to 99%.
That would be how i would set it up if i start doing marthas. I could be wrong just my thoughts. U may well be saturating the air.
