coffee will do that to ya also.. try and lower your caffeine doses.. and if you can completely cut it from your diet, and then see how you go...
Also, you DON'T want to become dependent on benzos. Consider it a very short term solution, if one at all.
good luck.

DeathCompany said: Its quite common to experience a panic attack when there seems to be no reason what so ever(really there is an underlying cause). Theres no need to worry about having another as everyone experiences at least one at some point in their life. If the it starts happening on a regular basis or you start changing your life to avoid situations that might bring it about you will be diagnosed for panic disorder which will probably get you pills more readily than just one panic attack.
I have had more than one at work. I've had at least two small panic attacks since then. I'm positive that they would have been worse, had there been more people in the room at the time. I had one today, which is why I've decided that I have to do something about it.

No, she kicked me to the curb after 2 months. I was sad about that.

Thanks for the advice on the benzos. I'd like to be prescribed a bottle or two just so I could have them for special occasions, but I wouldn't want to take them every day. I don't know about cutting out the caffeine. I need to be very alert at my job and caffeine helps to reverse the negative effects from the weed that I smoke the night before.

I hope you get this thing figured out man. I have no experience with this so i can't offer anything but well-wishes. I would cut back on the coffee You could try yerba mate. definitely different than coffee but still gives a nice buzz.
