Many people claim P. carthaginensis is not active, even Schultes came once to my citie´s university in order to check it out and found no active alkaloids.
I found a very interesting study on Psychotria species which analyzes leaves harvested along the day, believe it or not but there are some times that the samples showed no alkaloidal content (harvested at midnight, the worst time if my memory serves me well).

So what's the best way to use P. cartha? I have a few seedlings growing myself...
-------------------- I'm in need of a sterile sporeprint, if anyone wants to do a trade for some seeds or something, or maybe just for free if you have a lot of them............. i'd really appreciate it NuggetPorch said - "YES! How many leaves did you use when you tested and found it to be active?

Sieko: P. carthaginensis is good for Ayahuasca only.
Knoa: I have made a brew 2:1 (caapi/cartha), and it worked but very softly, I´d recommend a 1:1 ratio for the best.

Thank you, it took me many years until I get these plants but now I´m finally done!
Now I only need Iboga and Kratom to get my garden like I wanted.

Of course! The secret with caapi seeds is the freshness. It´s only once a year, around september.
