obscuresound.com is decent. It's fun to wade through all the shit to find the gems. The gems usually turn out to be hits a month or two down the road (Cymbals Eat Guitars, Late of the Pier, and Hercules and Love Affair are three that pop into my mind.)

Spreading Neurotoxins is great too. I have like 20 or 30 music blogs bookmarked, it definitely is a great way to kill time.

You guys should discuss those blogs on the PM list, they keep getting shut down. This place is more high-profile than you think.

Those blogs aren't really floating my boat.
Anyone have any good Folk/Indie or Post Rock blogs they can me?
Granted there are some good things on those blogs, just far more metal than I would like.

Just a suggestion sir. I guess you're right, mentioning them here shouldn't change anything.

Wow, thank you TrippinTeddy, this is some awesome work! Another trick, at least for getting more classic rock or actual lp albums, is to google the album and artist, each with a + ahead of them, and then add blog at the end without the +. It's supposedly legal to post music you got off a record that you own, and so people post what they got on blogs usually. Woot woot!

Their third full-length marks a departure from 2005's "Key", offers a sharper glimpse into Joseph Knapp's distinct songwriting abilities, and reflects a depth of complexity and dream logic made perfect for a sublime musical experience. A cohesive palette of subtle pop psychedelia encompassing myriad musical genres. Think of this record as great accompaniment to a day where your only responsibilities might include reading a book, petting your cat, or thinking of an old friend.
