Okay, so I had a "difficult" trip last weekend. This weekend Im planing on tripping again. I, however, have kind of a different feeling about it. Its not fear, but something else. Does anyone have any suggestions on tripping again after a "difficult" trip?

It seems to me that I always have problems for a few trips after a bad one. The best thing to do is to totally forget about it. If you try to forget about it you won't so just don't think about it.
I have noticed that time is the best remedy for that. But I usually don't like to wait to trip for months at at time. I usually trip ever two weeks. So what I do is just trip even with the anxious feeling that I get before hand. It is a battle to get over it but usually after that trip I can go ahead and have a good time.
The worst experiences for me include puking because once I start puking I can't stop and I have to make myself stop. So then I fight the pukey feeling all night and ahve a bad time.

Don't have fear going into the trip.
Literally, it is all in your head. If you can get passed it, you are fine.
I've never had a bad trip except for maybe an uncomfortable one. In no way bad though.
I've hit rough patches as I'm sure everyone has. Just trip with one or two people you are very comfortable with, and no more. I tend to feel like the more people that are there, the more awkward it gets, and the easier it can get awkward/weird.
Just stay relaxed the whole time. Put on relaxing music if things start to get bad as well. It never fails. Music fills in bad emotions with good ones I always find.
Good reggae if you listen to that, slow electronic, or anything that is uplifting that you like to listen to.

I once had a bad trip. It wasn't really my bad trip, but someones else's bad trip that turned my trip quite unpleasant. The mindset of the trip fallowed me through next weeks, not giving me peace of mind. The next time I tripped I laughed my ass off, because how stupid it all had been and embraced life to the fullest. It really helped me overcome it.

I had a difficult trip once. The trip after that (about a week later) was one of my best trips ever.

Personally, I disagree. I don't think one should attempt to totally forget their bad trips. Bad trips can be more powerful learning experiences than good trips. I think you should acknowledge your bad trip, and try to learn something from it. Then, move on.

There is no such thing as a bad trip. Only a learning experience.

I have had some crazy trips... most people would say they are bad trips, but I don't think they are... Its not the scary or negative emotions that is the bad trip, its how you react to the negative emotions that can bring out a bad trip. If you react to a negative emotion in a positive way, it wont be a bad trip. Ill give you an example. there was a very negative vibe going through my mind and also my friends. I talk to my one friend who was buggin and ease him into the right direction towards a better thought pattern.. I then go in his living room by myself and lay on the couch. I was still in a "bad" mind-space when suddenly the walls started bleeding. then I get auditory hallucinations of a scary violin in the back round. It was like a really crazy horror movie. And this is what goes through my mind- "so this is a bad trip. what is so bad about this? I'm seeing some fucked up shit... but I'm not freakin out about it. I know that its just a side affect of mushrooms and I'm completely safe." thats what I told myself and it helped greatly. that trip taught me a lot about bad trips and how to completely eliminate them.
