It just limits how they spend their money. Give cash!
To some cash can come off as thoughtless. I prefer receiving cash, but I prefer to give gift cards for the same reason. I want to limit spending.
this is true. i wanted to make sure they buy certain things for themselves rather than spending it on things they normally would.

its funny how the majority of people complain about buying gifts but not getting anything in return. It must be that they are lacking brain, because it's not like they have to.

I got Scene It? Sports Edition, that should be fun in the house. Also got a 500 gig external hard drive, thank fucking god! $115 that I'm gonna get rid of in about 20 minutes because I owe people money, a PS3 game, which is odd because I don't have a damn PS3, luckily my roommate does, an $50 to the record store. A few other misc. items (Fear and Loathing the book), but nothing major.

Yeah, because I was being totally serious.
I got a new car, a new big screen TV, a new computer, a new house, and a high-class prostitute for a week.
How's that party sounding now?!
In reality, I got a digital camera. Woot!
