Problems with LC's need some serious advice

I've tried to make several Lc's with no positive results so far. at first i made a lid with one hole in it and sealed both sides of hole with rtv sealant added 100ml of tap water and some broken glass and 4 ml of lite corn syrup put the lid on and pc'd for 20 mins at 15psi. it didn't caramelize i inoculated with 2 cc of spore solution using sterile tek (flaming needle and wiping with alcohol soaked wash rag) incubated and after 11 days it was full of mycelia as it should have been I know it was mycelia because you could see it growing around huge spore clusters and reaching outward. I went to use it and there was of course a vacuum i just fought it and knocked up some pced WBS quart jars after a few days the mycelia was growing like crazy but after a few more days green started appearing in different areas of the jars then where the mycelia was ,all had to be destroyed. I later tried this same culture on a brf half pint just for experimentation same thing so culture and pf jar were destroyed. I decided to build another lid in the same fashion except this time I added another hole and put a piece of 3m micro-pore tape on both sides of the hole followed the same procedure with this culture except instead of using a wash rag soaked in alcohol to wipe the needle after flaming it i used a paper towel and incubated it, its growing very good even faster then the one that contaminated however when I swirl it every few days to break up the mycelia with the glass shards droplets of water seep out the micro-pore tape and i was wondering if this is normal. it seems to me that if water can get out then contam can get in and probably already has. the tape is still very well intact , I can see a little rust around the hole its over but its well intact. So is this bad? I have since purchased some distilled water and decided to use it for my next trial but was wondering if i should use the micro-pore tape again or if there are alternatives besides releasing the vacuum with a filtered sterile syringe before inoculation ,or aspirating air into an empty syringe through a flame and injecting into the lc until the pressure is stabilized. perhaps i could use the micro-pore tape to tape a piece of tyvek over the hole or something. any suggestions would be very appreciated. I made another LC by shaking a colonized WBS jar after injecting sterilized water into it and sucking this water up and injecting back into a lc jar with self healing inoculation ports and have yet to try it , it appears to have mycelia in it but it is very cloudy and has a dirty brown appearance to it I'm assuming from the bird seed is this normal? i think ill try it on a test jar tonight, but i really need some advice on the prior questions thanks in advance for the help.

Please, please, please, use punctuation.
Reading a whole text like that is awful, and a lot of people won't bother to answer.
Q for you. Did all your past LCs come from the same spore syringe?

Sorry about that man, I am usually in a hurry because it hurts me to sit in this chair. Scoliosis . Anyway No they didn't , two different syringes actually and all the jars i directly knocked up with them grew fast and were clean. Which were WBS jars.

I'm not a big fan of micropore tape, especially for use with LC. It works great for PF tek, but you also have a layer of dry verm as a second contam barrier...
I always use Tyvek with RTV injection ports. Yes, if liquid can get out, contams have probably already gotten in.

Thanks for the advice. I figured if liquid was getting out that the contams have already penetrated the tape. I had once thought of using polyfill, however it is my understanding that if it gets wet it could help contamination get in. So If I were to use tyvek taped on with the micro pore tape it would probably work?

Even then you'll probably still get liquid through the tape.
Just use Tyvek under the entire 2-piece jar lid, and an RTV injection site.
