Fruiting Chamber

Alright, so this is my first post so bare with me. I've been following a couple guides and think I have a pretty good setup. For my incubation chamber I have modified a fridge and it stays at a constant temp of 86 degrees, so there are no problems there I don't think. My question is about my fruiting chamber setup.
At the moment I am working on the humidification. I have two large bins, approximately 3 feet long and a foot or so wide. Attached to these two bins is a cool mist humidifier that leads off 6 feet of hose to each of the bins. Although the readings are inaccurate I've read the humidity readings max out at about 98% so I believe that is not the issue. My question is about making it so that I don't have to fan the chambers. I'm wondering if the best method would be to attach the hose to the top of the rubber maids and then put a few holes on the corner of the box to accommodate air flow. Let me know any suggestions you have for best airflow through the system.
I think I'm well on my way to starting this process, but I am also looking for tips on keeping a constant temperature while fruiting. I'm considering using florescent lighting, so maybe that'll boost my temps, but any advice would be much appreciated.
Again, any tips on improving my setup or in general are welcome.
Thanks

Buddha beat me to it.
The reason behind this is that substrate warms up as it colonizes and the extra few degrees will overheat it if the temps are 86.
BTW what are you growing? Cakes? Casings?

Ah yes, always seem to be forgetting the details that makes good help possible. Don't know if anyone has looked at the video "Mushroom growing made easy" that can be found on google, but that pretty much the exact process I am using. So, any other advice given in that video that can be shot down would be good to know.
I am doing the casing method and plan to have 3 trays that are 9"x"9 at the bottom of each of the rubber-maids.
Thanks for the temperature information also.

That video is ok but I think the free samples of RR's video are better not to mention the whole thing.

Casing what? Grains? PF style brown rice flour cakes?
Mushroom growing made easy¿? An even easier solution is the "Let's grow mushrooms" videos (find the basic cultivation guide for free at youtube)

I will look into the other videos, my current plan is to use Rye seed as the substrate. The casing suggested was vermiculite, but I have been reading alternatives.

Pity you aren't spawning (spawning = mixing the colonized grain with another bulk substrate) the rye to horse poo.
You seem to be handy with tools and if you were going with hpoo I was going to recommend this: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=30&Number=6967150&fpart=&PHPSESSID=
