Anyone have any idea where I might look to find one for purchase? I live where there is A LOT of snow and rather than shovel the shit I just figure fuck it, FLAME ON, melt the driveway it's just cement after all.
I have looked but I seem to be only able to find references to video games and information about how one worked in WWII.
I'm serious, I want one. It also sends a message to would be harassment, it says: try me if you want to.

A real one will cost you a lot of fucking money. I would just look on the internet on how to make one.

I really don't think it would be the most efficient way to move all that snow (neither financially or physically), but it sure would be fuckin' sweet.
I vote just build one yourself.

It said that there were consumer ones that use propane instead of straight GAS. Maybe those would be a little cheaper, but damned if I can find one. Or how to make one for that matter.

They use them in the food industry to cook large amounts of meat in a short period of time. They used to sell them at Sam's Club.

That looks fun as hell. If I get a hold of some extra money lying around I might have to build me one of those. It would definitely be a really fun way to remove some snow.
Definitely would keep away would be harassment, too, you're right.

If you melt the snow off your driveway, it'll just turn to ice... Melt that and you've got thinner ice, etc.
I don't think a flame thrower would be safe, but putting that aside, it's going to attract a boatload of attention and the question comes to mind, is it legal?

www.eweedcontrol.com
I have one of these and use it to kill weeds in my yard and driveway. It's about as close to a "flamethrower" as you can get.
