maybe they're spiked with marijuana.. LOL I can't even imagine him saying that.
-------------------- This reminds me of the ludicrous account he gave Mr. Langton, of the despicable state of a young gentleman of good family. “Sir, when I heard of him last, he was running about town shooting cats.” And then in a sort of kindly reverie, he bethought himself of his own favorite cat, and said, “But Hodge shan’t be shot: no, no, Hodge shall not be shot.”

And I pray he got rid of that bloody bow-tie.

Tucker is a dick. But at least he supports Dr. Paul. He needs someone in the media on his side.

I've always thought he was pretty decent, but maybe because he's so and I tend to be when it comes to idea-exchange.
I really enjoyed that article. It was very contemplative and well-expressed. I really enjoyed the reflections on observing Ron Paul interact with his staff, discussing these ideas about the economy and proposing competing currencies. Ron Paul is an extremely intelligent, insightful man who has a very deep wellspring of experience and knowledge. He has a great sense of where the country is today, because he observed it happen, trying to make America aware of where it was heading all along. We're at the point now where we really do need help to transcend these opportunities we've created, and he's the guy standing there, ready to lead us on.
But yeah, before I got reflective myself ( ), I was just excited to read his thoughts, about how he began to think, which means he started questioning, started to ask those questions about currency, and the economy, and etc.
Point is, people are starting to think, because its finally necessary for survival. We're at a point now where our survival is intrinsically linked with the well-being of our environment (that which we live in and exist as), the people we interact with, directly and indirectly, etc. Humans are adaptive creatures and we're going to follow the path that continues to ensure our continuance.
Humans have to have a sense today of the consequences of our actions. Humans have to realize that we're symbiotically linked to all of us, all of life, this planet. If we don't, there is no continuance. The Internet has served as quite the effective catalyst for this planet to interconnect and become aware of the nature of reality, to become aware of each other, to consider alternate viewpoints, to be exposed to a corncucopian wealth of information. It only makes sense that a candidate like Ron Paul would arise as he has. The American people have realized that our lack of oversight of our government is harming ourselves, and most of the world is cheering us on as we realize it (there is, for those who don't know, a great amount of international support for Ron Paul - maybe they are a few steps back and can see the big picture ).
All of this concern over the media's role in politics is simply thinking through an outdated paradigm. Change has occured and it has occurred within a time-frame that hasn't been seen before, because of how deep and intense the ramifications of the nature of the Internet are. The media cannot contain this, because the information leaks out from every side of it. There's too much pressure. There is too much necessity.
The status quo, its gone.
The mainstream media's hold on the national political process is a dam that is about to burst. We can wait and see, we only have like two weeks now.

This is weird. A few months ago Tucker was talking major shit about Paul... he used the quote "Can we all stop pretending to love Ron Paul"... and brought up the accusation of him being racist and shit
Now that he's gaining momentum, Tucker's kissing his ass AGAIN. The man can't make up his mind.
