webprogrammers!! some help needet
    #7781028 - 12/20/07 10:25 AM (16 years, 1 month ago)

I have problems, i wanted to make something with inline frames on a site but apparently xhtml doesnt support iframes when using a strict xhtml doctype. I want a site with clean codes using a CSS stylesheet which i have made with lots of time and effort lol, so i want to be schooled in using objects instead of just changing to diffrent doctype. Im trying to learn how to write a good page for hand

here is the code so far more or less

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
<meta name="description" content="xxxxx." />
<meta name="keywords" content="xxxxxx" />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="style.css" title="testpage" media="screen,projection" />
<title>Title here</title>
</head>

<body>
<div id="wrap">

<div id="header">
<p id="toplinks">You are here: <a href="index.html">Index</a> >
<a href="link1.html">link1</a> > link2</p>
<h1><a href="index.html">head <span class="fade">LINE</span>;</a></h1>
<p id="slogan">slogan here</p>
</div>
<div id="content" style="height: 550px">
<iframe name="I1" id="I1" src="HTTP://UnIMPORTANT." style="width: 600px; height: 400px">
Your browser does not support inline frames or is currently configured not to display inline frames.
</iframe> </div>;
------ next is just a sidebar and a footer.

how would i write this code using objects ?
