what would be the differance in innoculating 5 jars with one syringe opposed to 10 jars
Time. More spores equal faster colonization.

Time vs economy. More spores = faster, less spores = cheaper (because you get more jars out of a syringe)
Also, adding too many spores can be damaging as you produce too many different substrains (every two viable spores can create a substrain) and some will not be compatible, leading to a poorly fruiting cake.
If your syringe is very dark, use a little less solution, if it is clearer you can use a bit more and as it will spread further, your colonization will be faster.

This is a very good point, there was a small debate between me and granddesign about us spores101 and uk spores 101, us seemed to have darker prints compared to uk, which also seemed to effect colinisation speed.
I have succesffully inoced 4 jars with just 2 inoc points, they are almost colinised now, but it took noticably longer, its been 20 days now.
2cc per jar of a standard loaded syringe at 4 inoc points should colinise fast enough and not have too much spores. U can go down to 1cc per jar and stretch the syringe over 10 jars.
Just make sure you give your syringe a good shake.

Anything i bought from spores 101 has colonized FAST. I also inoculated 6 jars with one syringe, at 15$ a syringe you really are not wasting alot of money.

Thats funny you say that, because I bought spores from US spores101 and my jars are colonizing very slow. But it could be other things, as I am a noob and this is my first grow.

Thanks for all the advice guys! Does anyone have any thoughts on the fruiting chamber? can the 2 different strains be fruited in the same chamber? Thanks.
