Sterility?

Ok im about to start. But first im going to make a glove box. I guess just a simple one. A rubbermaid container with 2 holes cut in it. BUt how do i sterilize the box ready to go? I heard wipe it down with alcohol and make sure i wipe down the gloves too. Is that right?
But also. I was thinking about scrubbing my closet clean. Then spraying it down with lysol disinfectant. Do you think thats too much?
Also im kind of in a jam. I have a 10ml syringe and i need to inoculate 6 jars as i mentioned before. Im just double checking. WOuld it be ok to only put like .3 cc to .4cc in each hole of each jar?
Then im just gunna go over what im going to do to sterilize the needle before inoculation. First im going to put allthe jars in the glove box. Then im going to put a flame to the needle till it gets red hot. Then wipe with an alcohol ball. Then start to inoculate the jars. But In between jars im going to sterilize the needle again. Is this correct? Or am i missing any recommended steps?
Then after the Jars are fully colonized ill put them ina clean pot with a plate holding them under water for 24 hours. would this hurt the cakes? Could they get contaminated this way?
Sorry for the stupid questions. Its just my first time and i want to make sure evyerhting works out. thanks for your help.

Cleaning your closet is overkill the still air box will be sterile.
If you are using the pf tek you only need to use 1 cc per jar so .25 cc per hole is fine.
Be careful if you use oust or breeze in the glove box when sterilizing the needle thats a fire waiting to happen. You have the right idea with Sterilizing the needle but since you are using a glove box you do not need to sterilize between every jar.
If you use warm water to dump you could get a bacterial infection.
Glove boxes aren't needed for inoculating pf jars but if you have a dirty house or really hate contams they are a good idea.
Best of luck.

Your idea for a glove box is fine. Lysol on top of a wipedown should really do the trick. Let the gas from the can disolve into the air for a few min after a spraying before you flame your needle.
That much solution will work. (4 holes, I am assuming PF-Tek)
Your idea for a dunk before fruiting is what I assume you mean for the plate and water deal. That is fine. I use a little h202 in the water I dunk with.

A good method of sterilizing is to spray white vinegar, and then wipe it down. Then spray alcohol and wipe it down. When you're done it smells nice and clean.
1 cc per half pint is enough. You can inoculate 12 jars with a 10 cc syringe.
As far as your dunking after birthing goes, yes that may lead to wider contamination of your jars if one or more of those jars was contaminated in the first place. Just give them a good whiff, and a good looking over before you dunk them, and you should be fine.
