Have you ever tried doing something either easy or complicated from reading how to do it from the internet? It doesn't matter how difficult the job was. The only thing that matters is that you didn't know how to do it before checking on a how-to.
List the things that you have learned to do from the internet.

I've been doing things for over 10 years that I found online. If you include things which I found "on a computer" that goes up to about 20 years.
You want me to list all that?

i've learned half of what i know from the internet or from books before having the chance or making the opportunity to try it hands on. usually goes well and occasionally fails miserably.
mushroom cultivation, microscopy, several programming languages, a little scripting, frame and finish construction, electrical wiring, a little electronic design, switching logic, half of my algebra, boat building and kayak construction, fiberglass construction, etc. i think most of us who read learn more than they realize in an academic sense before we actually know how to do it practically.

erowid . org is my bible. craft and make magazines are freaking righteous. just no way i could name all the information i've been able to access due to this intranetty thingy, but its interesting to think about what we are able to do now using the internet as a tool.

It was more of an off-white
My old Mac Plus! The thing is still in working condition! Up until a couple years ago it was still set up at my grandparents house, where it still got used more or less weekly. I've got it back, now, and had it running a few weeks ago
