If Jesus was the son of God...

...then the only difference between Jesus and us is he was supposedly born of a virgin birth, resurrected, and did a lot of wonderful things.

My point is that we all have the light within us that is capable of changing the world if we truly believe in it. Love>fear

Worship love.  God=love,  Jesus falls under the love category as well.

I tend to think of Jesus as an avatar. In Hinduism, all people and things are manifestations of Brahman, but an avatar is imbued with full awareness and connection to one's divine nature. They are, in that sense, fully human and fully divine.

Jesus had no inherent sin nature unlike all other men, who are fallen. This is a big difference. The sins of those He came to save were imputed to His account and He was punished for them, but He had no sin of His own and is perfect.

Fallen man has no inherent light, this is why a person must be born again, due to being born spiritually dead and in darkness.

I'm guessing a typo... probably meant allele... basically a sequence of DNA that encodes a gene.

Just consider each combination and make the average of yes and nos
I am just jokingly requestioning the status/impact/affection of imagination one gives to reality

To thread, my first idea is simply, maybe Jebuz and friends simply had some deep neurosis, which was very common at those times.
So one has to reconsider the definition of 'neurosis'.
And that's why there are no more Platos, Avatars, Buddhas and whatever guy who represent TAO or G*d or the supreme reality, whatever.
They all end in the mental ill-houses and no one would consider them anymore. This backfires on them to maybe really go finally insane, especially with all these psycho drug medications in lack of their own control. Maybe one could save some from there if one reaches them early enough, but their history seems to have a long foreplay almost everytime.

Whatever.

edit:On the other hand, Jesbuzz never clainmed to be the super-dude and always refers to his 'father' who/which works through him.
Damned, we need some reasonable dudes/dudesses of that sort again !

From what I've read Jesus came from God, and although he is the son, he is a part of God. Which technically makes him God also.

No body comes to the Father except through the Son. God is pretty pissed with human kind right now. God got tired of micro managing us and realized that no amound of blood could atone for our trespasses, so he sent his ONLY son to die for us...the ultimate sacrafice. God is pretty wrathful, thank God for Jesus...if Jesus saves, I might be ok.....I could just be fertilizer...but I am working on securing a nice spaceship for the afterlife.

yes mary was a young unmarried girl, betrothed to a marry a young man named joseph. it is safe to say she was a virgin at the time of her divine conception, and the significance here is simply that it would not have had the same effect if God's only son was born of a married woman with 3 kids already.

the son of man was to be brought into the world via an untouched woman with a powerful faith in God.

joseph hadn't hit it yet, otherwise they would have thought it was there's (not the messiah) ...and thought "oh shit we're pregnant"
but they had been sent an angel to explain the whole shin-dig.

and we can be sure of that because in those days if joseph had not yet gotten some of that, he might assume she was unfaithful and had mary killed.
