Pin heads in my jar?

I am new to this so I am all *full* of questions.
It appears as if I might be having little pin heads of shrooms poping up in my cake before I have even taken it out of the jar for fruiting. Is this normal?
does it mean that when I begin fruiting it is going to be a faster process?

Search for invitro pinning, pinning in jars, early pinning, my jars pinned early, my jars pinned, etc.

if they are 100% colonized. its a possibility. if not, its probably just grains/brf or whatever your using...that your seeing through the jar.

It happened to me as well. You can still dunk such cakes according to RR. Have a look at this thread:

Man, that jar looks like it was either inoculated with a few cc's of spores or there were more than usual amount of inoculation points on that cake.. That's just amazing! I somehow doubt all those pins ended up colonizing tho and if they did, then WOW!!!

Neither of those factors would have anything to do with the amount of pins.
