Pick the cap tonight, and clone the stem tomorrow?

I'm no cloning master or anything, but it seems possible to me. Shit, leave one on the cake and do the whole mofo tomorrow. LC clone it and you'll always have it.

I wouldnt recomend an LC if u dont know what it is, while they are great. There a vector for contamination that even most experienced growers have trouble spotting. Contams in LC dont sporolate, a contamed LC more often than not looks like a healthy LC.

By all means go ahead and try because it does work. Look up the cloning teks, u can also try bleach cleaning your tissue sample to help (which i imagine you just dip the sampe in bleach for a few minutes and drain)

Agar i think would be the best route, as contamination is not failure with agar. Contamination on agar, simply start stansfering tissue to a new plate until u have no contamination.

Now the grain is ready to PC, but the just checked their grow and there are three HUGE specimens ... These all came off of 2nd flushes after dunking (which is strange, since the first flush was dunked too).

It isn't all that strange to get a few monsters from the second flush on. By the third and fourth flushes, you can count on one or two monsters and not much else most of the time.
