I'm no cloning master or anything, but it seems possible to me. Shit, leave one on the cake and do the whole mofo tomorrow. LC clone it and you'll always have it.

I wouldnt recomend an LC if u dont know what it is, while they are great. There a vector for contamination that even most experienced growers have trouble spotting. Contams in LC dont sporolate, a contamed LC more often than not looks like a healthy LC.
By all means go ahead and try because it does work. Look up the cloning teks, u can also try bleach cleaning your tissue sample to help (which i imagine you just dip the sampe in bleach for a few minutes and drain)
Agar i think would be the best route, as contamination is not failure with agar. Contamination on agar, simply start stansfering tissue to a new plate until u have no contamination.

It isn't all that strange to get a few monsters from the second flush on. By the third and fourth flushes, you can count on one or two monsters and not much else most of the time.
