Nice pinset. Good work. What kind of sub?
Q: How many snowboarders does it take to hit a booter? A: Six. One to do it, and five more to film it.

what does the top of your mono look like?
i just did 2 mono's and havent messed with the lid yet. not sure if i want to tape plexi glass to it or just gorilla tape a piece of clear plastic all the way around the top or just bolt a 6500K light to the underside of the lid.
also did you do any misting or fanning at all?
i hope mine turn out that well.

Sub is Coir/coffee 85/15%,
Casing is 50/50+ peat/verm +lime at one teaspoon hydrated lime per cup of peat.
Tubs are modified mono tubs with fish tank bubblers for extra FEA, and humidity.
My light is too strong to rely on casing moisture. It doesn't stay moist on it's own.

I patch misted here and there, but mostly the bubblers do all the work. I did fan once, every two or three days though. I usually pop a solid pinset in about 4 - 5 days after initiating fruiting.

Very nice indeed. The ONLY thing I would test (and ruled out in about 5 mins) is the temp sensor being at the edge of the tub vs middle and check for temp difference..
I'm using a TiT FC and I used to place the sensor in a corner like it's shown on your pic and one day it fell and I put it in the middle and it actually registered~2F warmer. Granted, this is an FC and so the temp range could be more variable but just food for thought. Like I said, if you want to, you could test this easily.

reverse the ratio's of your spawn.
75/25 coffee/coir works best. I don't know why some people are so catious about their coffee grinds, I use them alone and they do fine as bulk.

It would be sweet to do the same batch of spawn to your mix, and to mine side by side, in the same tub to compare results.
I imagine the more coffee, the more nutes, but things don't seem to be going badly with 3/4+ coir.
As for me, I use this ratio only because I buy 1 ten pound block of coir for 14 dollars, and I use the coffee grinds that I consume at home, and at work.
Being miles from anywhere makes it hard to get 15 pounds of coffee every couple of weeks.
I know you can go to starbucks, but as hard as it might be to believe, I live no where near one. And the only coffee around to buy is organic, locally roasted coffee, that is about nine dollars a pound.
I love to drink it, but I can't afford to just brew twenty pounds at 180$ to spawn mushrooms to.
So for now, I will have no choice but to use my ratio.
Not to mention that you can grow perfect flushes on straight coir as well.
