Half Baked - on a few grams of mush+ syrian rue extract.
Not the most thought provoking trippy movie, but i was so floored that even tho i had seen it a million times, it was like it was an entirely differant movie, and the charachters were projected 3d into my living room, and played out the script acording to my emotions
Finding Nemo- 1 hit mild acid Fun, great visuals
Waking Life- 1 hit kicked my ass acid AMAZING
Invader Zim- same kick ass acid night The humor clicked perfectly with acid
alice in wonderland-candyflip only watched some, but it did the trick
I plan to re watch waking life on a higher dose, and the planet earth series for the first time

I've only seen few episodes of Ren and Stimpy while tripping and they were awesome.

Beavis And Butthead Do America Fight Club
Both aw'sum movies straight. But downright insane when tripping.

Big Fish - acid Death to the Supermodels - Acid Domino - Acid Pulp Fiction - Acid Back to the Future 3 - Acid Bridge to Terabithia - Shrooms Baraka - Shrooms Yellow Submarine - Shrooms
EDIT: Waking Life - shrooms - How could I forget waking life?
probably more but thats all I can think of right now. I don't care much for watching movies while I'm tripping. Just when I'm night tripping and its too cold to go outside, and then its usually on the comedown.

The matrix was great on 2 hits of acid.
Waking life was amazing on LSA back before I had done other psych's.
Pulp fiction was just kind of distracting on shrooms so it was just turned off.
Across the Universe in theater on 3 of LSD was very enjoyable.
Charlie and the Chocolate factory in the theater on shrooms was great, very intense.

The only movie I've ever watched while tripping was "Alice in Wonderland" it was so fucking hilarious. It was back when I was 17, me and 3 of my friends all ate an 1/8 and watched Alice in Wonderland. It was like 2 hours straight of side splitting laughter, we were all tripping balls.
Other than that I've never seen any movies tripping, I prefer to spend my trips out in nature.

American Beauty Matrix 2 Fear and Loathing Alice in Wonderland Season DVD of one of the early simpsons seasons Planet Earth episode.
I'd say American Beauty was the best. Just everything in that movie ties together for a good trip movie. Amazingly good lighting, great sharp colors.

The Prestige was very good indeed on 2C-I and weed. The 2C-x chemicals work better with movies/tv than acid or shrooms.

I keep seeing people mention The elegant universe. If you liked that you must watch Stephen Hawkings Universe....its great. Its long though 6hrs total, but its broken into 1hr sections with independent themes. It takes you deeper into the rabbit hole, not so much with the concepts, but the over all personal of the series/film.

Finding Nemo. AHHH BRUCE!!
(both of these movies were played on a projector)
I totaly agree, i remember reading the book when i was 14 (now 24) and it was the most amazing yet bizarre story ever. I have never seen the film but i really want to and watching it triping hard sounds like heaven.
The last film i watched tripping was the producers, it was great the musical dances seemed to intensivy the trip and visuals too!! intime with the music
There's a part, very early on in the film, where the sun comes over the horizon of a desert. I felt all my energy become that sun, feeling a million pulses of sun rays.
It was, in fact, heaven.

The Yellow Submarine and Fantasia are both feel good tripping movies that can really set a mood or save a trip. Enough can't be said for them, they just really are that good.
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is fantastic while tripping, but only if you've seen it before. Otherwise (in the opinion of the few I've talked to) the movie is uncomfortable jibberish that makes no sense.
Also, because of its art style, A Scanner Darkly gets a vote from me too. The constant shifting really plays on the eyes of the tripper . But I'd only recommend this movie if the person or group is already in an upbeat/safe mood, because the undertones of what's going on is a bit dark.

i kicked it with peter griffin on half 1/8 of fungus. not a movie guy sober really and def. not while tripping. i watched family guy to recover from a bad trip, that was superb and exactly what i needed. probably a few hours of random TV at 3-4am coming down as well.
what is the elegant universe?? i loved the planet earth series and love that show on the history channel called the universe or w/e.

the three caballeros planet earth hd fight club
I tend to not be able to grasp much of the movies as far as plots go; just the visual part makes it interesting. The exception being fight club, blew my mind (sober too) but it was after a peak.

Good choices are Baraka and Yellow Submarine though you might fall in the trap of believing that you found the answers to the mystery of life. But they are pretty damn good choices and especially in cinemas.
