 A few questions???

I need to know a few things about cultivation.
1. Would a 10cc syringe be enough for 6 jars? And how many ccs should i put in each of the holes on one jar? Sorry for the stupid question but the guide got me confused.
2. When i inoculate the jars I get that i have to heat the needle till its red hot. Is it ok to stick the needle in while its red hot then just let the spore solution cool it as its being injected?
3. Should i make a glove box for inoculation? Im going to be scrubbing my closet clean and spraying lysol disinfectant in there before i would start. So would i really need it?
4. Ive got this tap light like a push light that takes batteries. That i could use for light. Or would a floro light be better?

1. yes if you are careful. less the .5cc per hole if you only have 10 and 24 holes.
2.heat it stick it in a piece of cotton with alcohol if not in a glove box (Boom).
3. normal room light is fine for fruiting is that what you are talking about? no need for special light.

liquid culture? I dont Know how i would make it. Ill look at it tho.
I need to put my growbox in my closet. So ill need to light it up form inside there. So would a floro be better?

1. Is this pf tek? What size are your jars?
3. A glove box is the best but a still air box is easy to make and well worth the effort. Mainly you are trying to eliminate any air movement so that there is a smaller chance of any contaminants making it into your jars.
4. I don't think that tap light will put off much light. If there is a light in your closet why not buy one of those energy efficient lightbulbs? The natural daylight one is very close to the recommended parameters.

The size of my jars are 1/2 pint.

You would use about 1 cc per jar. So you have plenty.

Shouldn't need to order jars online. My local Walmart had perfect 8oz jars for PF Tek purposes. Check there, or just call around to local grocery stores. Say you're making jam

Heat the needle till red. Then, or cool it by swabbing it with an alcohol impregnated gauze (or similar) or squirt a bit of solution out till it fizzes (you waste solution this way).
Remember to flame between jars so you don't cross contaminate
If you don't want to use a still air jar, clean your work area, take a shower and dry off, then cover your hair and mouth (I use a buff headgear thing, but anything clean will do).
I never inoculate PF jars in a glove or still air box and I never have had a cake contaminate.

Yea i wouldnt seee why i would need a glove box since i would be innocualting in a clean closet. With no air circulation in there. BUt another question arose. After i get the jars inoculated and everything. Can i still my store my clothes in the closet or should i not put them in the closet?
WELL let me just get this straight. I heat the needle til its red hot then i take a lil cloth ball with rubbing alcohol to cool it down. Then should i wipe it again so it gets dry and the alcohol gets off of it?
