For those who tend to overcomplicate:
    #7762115 - 12/15/07 03:03 PM (16 years, 1 month ago)

I broke-down the GH, but had one jar left;
it went in here with some moist perlite:

Pic from inside the spout:

This is how the jug was cut, and when retaped with micropore tape to cover the cut and hole(s), and a better view of the results:

Did I mention I didn't open this or fan it AT ALL,
and that it was just sitting on the floor beside my bed?

One of my favs for a cake is a ceramic souffle dish with perlite and  a plastic top.

I was at the Dollar Store and they had some giant clips in a plastic container.  It was nice and tall.  Better than anything I had found for sale there.  I took the 4 or 5 clips out of it and put them in the container next to it.  When I checked out I asked if I could keep it.  So it was FREE (gotta love that) and it worked well.  Although the anal retentive in me could never have let me just neglect it.  I still fanned and misted compulsively.

Got this shit in your blood doncha Roachy?  :naughty:

Honestly, I'd rather over complicate things than to have my FC look like that.. thing.. on the 1st pic.. Imagine if you decided to grow like 10 cakes and have 10 of those things all over the room? :P

With that said, it goes to show life can really survive under many conditions, it just finds a way and thrives.. Pretty amazing stuff.

I thinks it's more of a gag and something to do with left over spawn.

I don't think this thread was made to impress you with his growing prowess. He was just showing that this can be done as big or as small as you want.

Just curious as to how this affected what a normal cakes yield would be compared to a broke as a joke/lazy method.

I'm not certain what the exact yeild was.
However, it had to be more than 35g wet because the fat sack I ended up munching on had me fucked up for many hours.

Thank you to everyone who left comments, questions, and criticism.  :smile:
