YES JUST WAIT , trust me, they just take longer to get going. Try to add even more humidity by covering the casing with wax paper until you see pins. Of course you would want to give it air a couple times a day.

Copes want near 100% humidity, so you're going to have to up that a lot. They also won't pin from a dry casing layer, so you're going to have to mist. I've always misted well, and then an hour or two later, lay a sheet of wax paper over the top. Lift it up a few times per day and replace with a clean sheet every second day. Leave it in place when pinning starts and they'll push it up and out of their way as they grow.
The most important thing is to mist that dry casing layer and mist it well. I'd also get rid of the fans, or only allow them to run for 30 seconds at a time. RR

Automated terrariums never seem to keep the mushrooms as happy as what you can do manually. As suggested above, search for my shotgun terrarium info. It's a rubbermaid type tote with a hundred or so holes drilled into all six sides for air exchange. 5" of well drained perlite will deliver mid 90 percent humidity and all the air exchange you need between manual fannings. You can still use the wax paper to make sure it stays 100% right at the surface where primordia form.
You don't need to filter air entering a terrarium. The key is to exchange your air often, and quickly, to avoid drying out the air or substrate. RR

Ok, I really appreciate the help so far but im still kind of stuck on air exchange.
Right now I re-programmed the fans set to run for 15min, 12 times Dailey, that is 6 air exchanges total according to my measurements and calculations.
The wax paper dips into the caterings so I have made a sort of tic-tak-toe structure out of plastic coat hangers to keep the wax paper from touching and sealing to the container.
I really can’t ditch the greenhouse at this point; I just don’t have any money left or time to change the terrarium.
The greenhouse is in a small closet, so im worried that there might not be enough airflow if I leave the terrarium unzipped.
The way it works now, is there is an inlet fan, at the top and an outlet fan at the bottom. When the fans turn on, another fan is also activated that caries the air from the outlet fan under the closet door so the closet stays fresh with good air.
I also don’t know how often I should be misting? Like two solid soaks a day maybe? Or just one? Or should I only do it when I replace the wax paper every two days?

Wrinkle the wax paper by rolling it up into a wad in your hands, and then flatten it back out again before laying over the casing layer. This will allow air to get in under the wax paper easily, and the fruits will push it out of the way as they grow.
It sounds like your substrate is dry. I'd try actually pouring some water over the casing layer in between the pins. You can also pour some around the edges of the tray so it runs to the bottom. After a couple of hours, tilt the tray to pour off any water that wasn't absorbed. RR
