I know this topic has come up a few times so here are some useful links:
http://www.cookability.biz/home-discovery-preserving-jars/b_697.htm http://www.justpreserving.co.uk/home-discovery-m-2000122.html http://www.philipmorris.uk.com/prdf.php?pid=4067 (slow site at times) http://www.abbode-cookware.co.uk/acatalog/FOOD___FRUIT_BOTTLING.html
The Le Parfait jars aren't that great as they have bulging sides and airtight lids. A search for Kilner jars brings up some more possible sources and also Leifheit who also make replacement jar lids. So you see we do have a few options Now if I could just find a local supplier of all American pressure cooker

Bonne Mamman Jam jars may be the way to go for for PF tek BRF mixes but they ain't gonna be of any use when you want to PC grain. Besides the idea of eating through mountains of jam or pate doesn't float my boat

Lol. I use filter patch bags for spawn , so I don't need bigger jars.
And as Bonne Mamman is the jam I normally eat, I have tons of jars around the house.

No need to eat all that jam - found a Bonne Maman look-a-like jar from the jam jar shop - they call it a 14oz facetted glass jar but you couldn't tell the difference.
