Question regarding WBS and a little green,

Hey everyone I got a question for the more advanced cultivators out there, Ive been using the same tech for a long time with WBS in quart jars and have never seen contam until today. six quarts of wbs that were PC d at 15 psi for one hour (AS USUAL) where ,after cooled inoculated with 2 cc of liquid culture which appears perfect. and on day 3 the mycelia looks very rhizomorphic and healthy but i noticed in every jar a few seeds growing what appears to be trich, it has a white mycelia look to it but turns green. the only thing done different this time is instead of releasing the vacuum formed in the lc it was just fought and I was wondering if perhaps fighting the vacuum with the syringe (while aspirating the lc into the syringe)I got some air in there somehow that didn't come from inside the jar, another thing done different then usual was instead of wiping the needle with a paper towel soaked in alcohol after flamed i used a wash rag soaked in 70% alcohol but it wasn't freshly laundered I wonder if this could be where the contam came in. Where the mycelia is growing in the jar there is no green its just on stray kernels throughout the jar, could it be the bird seed? held the contam even through pressure cooking? is this possible? anyway a small pf jar will be inocced later today with same lc just to make sure it wasn't the source but I'm doubting it was, anyone have any suggestions on these topics? thanks in advance for the help.

Molds won't survive pressure cooking. I advise against LC because you use all that time to grow it and then there is no way to tell if it's contaminated or not until you use it. Theres much faster ways to expand mycelium than liquid culture.
Mushroom mycelium won't grow in a vacuum, so whatever you pulled out of your jar must be something else. RR

It might grow until it uses the available O2, but then will suffocate. RR

yea you're right earlier today under a microscope there did prove to be mycelia in the WBS but also trichoderma atroviride pustules was everywhere
