Do people actually belive....
    #7757213 - 12/14/07 03:55 AM (16 years, 1 month ago)

Presidents in the American country actually amount to anything besides a shiny puppet for all of this lands people to gaze at unknowingly through the televisions in our houses?

America is controlled by our manipulated form of currency.

Do people actually think things are going to be "good" because the puppet changes, that is the biggest load of crap ive ever heard. It sounds like another excuse for the people of America to think that the truth is in an illusion, and not in the body of every man woman and child.

Without something to show that US Presidents are nothing more than monetary puppets this post is more philosophy than politics. Please provide evidence and examples to back up your claims giving us something to debate.

Yet another response to a post that says..."provide examples and evidence"

There are posters out there that are constantly giving a little homework assignment to people!

The person asked a question. He didn't ask for a debate.

Are you going to make this your excuse not to vote?

The question was based upon an unproven and unlikely premise.

If he doesn't want a debate, this is the wrong forum.  Try the UFO forum instead.  They'll love your theory.

I believe the person sitting in the oval office can either be a puppet or strong moving force for our nation. Even if he is a puppet, he is the one who speaks to the people and commands their loyalty (in general). If we elect a president with a vision and the intelligence to see that vision through, he will no longer be a puppet. The president does HAVE the power, its just a question of whether or not he'll use it.

I think you'd have to have lived the last 7 years in a coma to think the president doesn't have power...
