Okay so I inoculated 3 1 pint BRF/Verm substrate jars on December 5th. They have been kept around 60F-70F The strain is Golden Teacher from SporeWorks.. Should I be seeing first signs of colonizing mycellum?

Apparently not . Wait about a month and then complain.

Sounds about right! Spores in BRF take their sweet time. It takes 3-5 days for them to germinate, and then start their growth. 60-70 is also a bit. Well within growing temps, but most people incubate at high 70's, low 80's.
So, in short. Patience. You should be fine.

Yes, 60-70 should take up to 2 weeks to see some growth and it'll be slow once it starts because of the low temps and also because you used a big jar. I'd say that could take up to 2 months for it to fully colonize but I'm a noob. I usually use half/quarter pint jars, they seem to colonize faster but just to test out, I colonized 2 full pints recently along with my regulars so I'll see what the difference really is. Granted, I used 5 inoculation points for the big jar, 4 on each side and 1 in the middle so maybe it won't take so long.
My best and fastest colonizing jars have always been half pint wide mouth ones @ 80-82F.

Yeah okay Im having that being patient problem again that I had growing buds..
Also can you kill the spores if you let the jar get like 90F?

90 won't kill them but it certainly isn't good for them. 80-82 is ideal as the jar will warm itself up by a couple of extra degrees as it consumes the substrate. With cakes this isn't as noticeable but with poo it can be amazing how warm the trays get on their own.

Yeah I really havnt noticed anything at all except a little yellowing of the BRF and I think I saw a maybe first sign but I dont know Ill be patient, smoke a bowl and wait for my lovelys to colonize
EDIT: I just did one of those impatient things and looked my jars over for the 6th time today and noticed a little white-ish residue on the inside that looks like germination or something.
