i know this is a long shot - speeding up fruiting

i did some looking on old forum posts and it seems like some of my ideas (such as warming the environment) aren't great ideas to speed up fruiting. basically, i have two really giant trays of cased myc and they look awesome. what looks less awesome is my flight out of town on monday. they've been in the chamber for about three days and i don't think i'm gonna make it. so since i have nothing to lose, is there anything someone can recommend to make these puppies come up quicker?

i wish i had a good friend in town i could hand them off to, but alas. getting out of dodge for winter break doesn't turn out to be such an original idea.

How long are you gone for?
There's no way you'll have fully mature fruits in...4 days? Especially if they haven't started to pin yet.

If you aren't gone for too long, I'd suggest dropping the temp a bit to slow their growth. What type of fruiting chamber do you have?

All I can think of is not to initiate pinning(if you haven't done so already) and stick it in the fridge, or at least that's what I hear around here.
But, if you've already opened it up to fresh air, light, etc etc, I think you my be SOL.

Hopefully someone with more experience can give some hope?!
