I have cased a jar of p.c. cambodian on popcorn, and finally the shrooms have popped up, and is ready for harvesting (I think). But is it contaminated, or could it just be too dry fruting chamber? I sprayed the casing a little after the pinning, because it seemed way too dry. They started to grow a lot faster, but the biggest one looks really wierd. Never seen anything like it before.

That's called scaling, and is a desired trait. . .with shiitake. The cracks are caused by your humidity being too low. The fruits are fine, but next time, you'll need to raise your humidity level a lot.
Try pouring the water to them. You might be able to get the two smaller fruits to grow a bit before picking, in order to get you enough for a meal. RR
