Do some basic math and average it out. How long does it take a 1/2 pint or pint to colonize? Okay, you now average out over say 10-20 jars. You now have your estimate for BRF. And it does vary a whole lot. It can take as little as 3 weeks to colonize a pint jar or as long as 2 months.

it colonizes fast enough and even faster once you start using grains that you can shake once a week to help mix it up.

But after reading your question I believe that we have a common case of "counting your chicken before the eggs hatch".
The answer is no, you will not have dried fruits for new years eve but you will be able to sell a shit load of them come spring

Fastest growth to 100% colonization for me was achieved using:

Half pint wide mouth jars
multiple inoculation holes
1cc of solution per jar
82F TiT incubator temp

When I used regular half pint jars and 2F higher temp, this resulted in metabolites in every jar and growth rate was unaffected, so I'm pretty confident anything over low 80's is unnecessary.

I also tried incubating jars with foil on them but this slowed growth due to insufficient C02 exchange and as soon as I exposed the inoculation holes, growth immediately commenced at a faster rate.

This is my limited experience with PF-Tek, you'll make some mistakes as a new grower but if you RTFM and listen to those who know their shit, they will be trivial.

Use wide mouth half pints do 5 inoculation holes use WBS instead of BRF and make for damn sure its super fluffy incubate in the upper 80's to almost 90, I got EQ's to colonize in a week...i used a little over 1cc per hole and the syringes were homemade with a huge print someone hooked me up with im talking like 6in in diameter...also had success with Brazilians z-strain and viet spores from ralpster they were also super fast like 9 days till 100% (i always give them more time in the incubator because i always fruit invitro )
