Hi shroomers!
I was going to transfer all my colonized rye grain jars but for the first time I saw that some of the grains were a little blue. It looks like the blue you get on dried shrooms sometimes, could it be a contam? I've got to say that these jars are fully colonized since 10 day at least. The pictures:

Please tell me what you think it is, I don't want to loose all this beautiful rye I just sterilized!

yes he did shake them that is why they do not look100% colonized and they are blue. It is the same blue that you find on the dried mushrooms. They look ready for g2g to me. Be clean

Me to a little brused but that's what happens when you bounce them off a hard object. When shaking a 2 1\2 old jar with water, the water I removed was a dark blue and worked well.

All right,
Thx for replying guys, I'm doing everything for the first time so there's often a few worries, but the community always there to help, I'm very grateful to everyone. Indeed those jars were shacked another time sooner today, I'll let my PC cool down over night and be sure I'm going to be clean in my procedures tomorrow with the GtG since it seems to be harder than doing an inoculation with a seryngue. I'll use my glovebox for that.
Now I've got to do some math See you later guys!

Chubbmeister,
I don't know if you ever used grain as a substrate before but I've got to tell that when you first shake yours jars it very surprising how the mycelium is "disappearing". When you look at it 2 days later it's back and stronger Fuck yeah!
